Decided the old site needed love. Serving content using ExpressJS seemed archaic and is frankly overkill for what I wanted; a simple, clean, and fast website.

I mentioned this to my roomate and he suggested I check out Hugo, an open source project that leverages the use of Go Templates to generate websites. I opened up the quick start guide and started to browse the templates. ~3 hours later this site was up and running!

I’m not totally sure how far I plan to take this, but I commit to a moderately decent blog post this month.
